lol Bonnie and Clyde were not serial killers. They were well known outlaws, robbers, and criminals who, traveled the Central United States during the Great Depression. Murdering doesn't = serial killing. Go look up the definition of a serial killer.

If you count Hitler as a serial killer he´s definitely the "best/worst" one. About 50 million people died at the reult of the war. He might not have killed ppl with his own hands but he got others to do it for him. If it wasnt for Hitler, would there ever have been a war? Stalin was not much better either!
And they think Manson is one of the worst but he´s not technicly a seria killer. Those three are real cowards. Getting others to do their dirty work!

serial killer by definition is a single person who killes multiple people generally the victims have little or no connection just random killings hitler would not count because as you said he did not kill them himself and also he aimed and almost succeded in wiping out an entire race, if he was live and tried in world court he would be done for mass genocide because he targeted a race
