B-2 is waste of money. Slow, not maneuvarable bomber with very small payload. With "stealth technology" that simply doesnt work against good radars. But in same time this thing is crazy expensive.

Define "Good Radar" the B2 is able to penitrate all conventional radar systems. Longwave radar might be able to detect it, but with horrible acuracy and reliability and passive radar might also work, but has its own problems with accuracy and blind spots. It's also totally ineffective in areas that lack sufficient transmitters.
