Electricity without building nuclear power plants would be to setup distributive power generation. The Germans have a great example where houses and businesses use an engine fueled by natural gas to turn a generator. The engine heat is then piped into the homes via circulating hot water. The power company receives electric power, home owner gets a break on both utilities, power company owns and maintains the eqipment.

He can force them to abide by the laws, since their COLOR of law can not usurp authority over the law itself, they are depriving you of rights protected by the constitution through use of color of law. 18 USC § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law.

Use a notary process and serve them notice on their unlawful deprivation, you can NOT call them and get anything done, since the dead (corp) can not hear or speak.

sounds like your talking to an uninformed rep that has no idea about green power. The excess power you send back onto the grid you get credited for on your bill. You need a "Net Metering" merer to get your credits. The national average is only a credit of 11 cents per KWH you feed back to the grid.

Yes it's federal law that you get 2 for 1 for every watt you generate for the grid. If you do over produce then you get retail kw price for the generation.. You have to have a switch installed and a different meter in most cases.. This is a pretty old law i think from the 70s and most utility companies don't have a clue. You do need to get ahold of some people that can help you with this.. Maybe some solar installlers..

Or hook a relay up so your power does not feed the electric company. You are reducing their costs. They are stealing your electricity and selling it. What kind of power production are you using?

Excellent expose'. We need to stop the installation of any more smart meters. I did not consent when they came to my house. They told me they would come back with the police and get in my yard anyway. I told them that would be invasion of privacy and wrote down their license plate numbers. They haven't come back and since then I've secured my electric meter so it cannot be taken off unless I'm there. Only I have the key to the lock. 1984 was a prophecy and it's coming true.

Right after mine was changed and I've talked to others around here ,all are bills went up by about 20% In that vid he explains how these thing work and how bad they are to our health due to the microwaves being passed between meters!

@MrHr1207 bills typically go up after a smart meter is installed because the old mechanical meters slow down over time due to bearing friction. You've actually been getting free electricity for years, so you shouldn't complain when you actually start having to pay for what you use.

@MrHr1207 That is also true. With the old mechanical meters, it took a certain amount of current to keep the wheel turning and overcome static friction in the bearings. You are also correct that electricity rates are regulated so they can't just charge more willy nilly. That's why utilities are pushing for more accurate metering. The smart meters are also better at detecting meter tampering and electricity theft, which is a huge problem.

You're right, I shouldnt complain about the thousands of dollars I've been fucked out of by power companies over the years when compared to that $2 in free electricity I've gotten from bearing friction! While we're talking about miniscule forces that have no effect on an energy bill, what about the money I've been cheated out of due to the momentum of the metal disc causing the meter to still spin slightly, even after I've stopped using power?

@anomalyjustin The momentum of the disc works on both sides. When you start using power, it takes time for the disc to accelerate, and this is equal in magnitude to the deceleration when you stop. It's a net-zero effect. You've been screwing the power company for years getting up to 20% of your power for free. You have no right to complain when they switch to a certified accurate meter and charge you for all of the power you use.

This is theft of power, pure and simple. The power company charges another customer for the power you are producing, it's THEFT! You should sue them or better yet charge them with theft. They charge people all the time with theft of services and don't bat an eye!
