decent vac suction, light weight, small profile for closets but AWFULcustomer service when comes time (you'll see soon). Make/build quality comprised of cheap plastic parts, a deal breaker (covers only the motor, and you will have to pay for all other parts and all shipping).only 10amp power, no leveling controls (better vac for hardwood floors rather than deep carpets), and the add-ons didn't wow me at all.Look at the Eureka Airspeed Gold which is far superior in build w better addons.
I bought one last week and have used it several times. It works great. I couldn't figure out how to remove the dirt container to empty it, but after trying for about 10 minutes , noticed a silver round nob on the top of the machine, pressed it and.......the canister released. Walked over to the kitchen garbage can, pressed another button near the bottom of the canister, and it emptied easily. I love it.
Studies show the shark is just as easy to "push and pull". Really? What about TURN!? One of the worst commercials ever. Makes me wanna buy a Dyson Ball. : D
@virgoptrex I was just making a point that the Dyson Ball was not trying to be easier to push/pull, it was trying to be easier to TURN. This commercial was being sneaky with the way they worded things, and it was obvious. I don't dig that. I don't dig that at all.
@ramennoodlechef I was just pointing out a huge flaw in the commercial, is all. They conveniently, and blatantly left out the one key difference that the Dyson Ball bases it's entire product around. I feel like they would have had a more successful advertisement if they focused more on the price difference and less on trying to compete with an all around better product. I'm not REALLY gonna go out and buy a Dyson. I was just making a point. I already explained this, by the way.

you can't judge a dyson ball until YOU try it. I went with the shark cuz it was cheaper. It's probably better too.
