In syndication, they use the intro from seasons 2 and 3. In Canada they used the orignal intro.

This show started in 1991 and ended in 1999 according to Wikipedia. Usually when shows aren't really heard of anymore, or aren't still being broadcasted, made, or still being profited on, they -usually-, -most of the time- don't worry too much about copyright issues.
