I think it's the same trick they did with all the other celebs they got to come on the show. They'd poke fun at them and needle them until they gave way. After they kept referring to Saffy in that contemptuous way as "Miss Helena Bonham Carter" in AbFab it was inevitable that HBC would make a little cameo as Saffy in the "dream" sequence.

It ain't worked with Madge yet, though, but you never know. There's still time....
