Great footage! Child unwell following fall from bike. Magpas, were requested to assist in view of the extent of the possible injuries sustained. (EMT) in attendance was Specialist Registrar in Anaesthetics and Intensive Care Dr Anne Booth, who volunteers for Magpas, with EEAST Critical Care paramedic Dan Cody and EAAA pilot Chris Sheriff. The Magpas Emergency Medical Team assessed the patient before escorting the patient in a land ambulance to Addenbrookes where their condition is stable.
Great video, a shame they don't yet have a helipad at the other end.

Cheers,
heard on Q103...I mean Heart Cambridge FM that they have to land on the golf course? I believe Addenbrooke's is getting a proper helipad soon.

Cheers,
I certainly wasn't expecting it to land in such a restricted area. Very impressive flying.

Nice catch, you can't beat a bit of real life action, especially in close proximity such as this helicopter,
The only ones we tend to see in my neck of the woods are the Police choppers hovering above at around a 1000 feet...
Roll on July and the Steam rally at Swavesey. :-)

That's what I thought it was until I looked out of the window. Then it was a mad dash to find a fully charged camcorder battery.
