I did not see him throw batteries.. and he must have lobbed them pretty far bc there were no cops in park..only out. I did say he could have done something..but as far as I knew being there it was unfounded. Batteries , if he actually did it, which...I didn't see any batteries confiscated or police taking evidence...but o was worried about my face smashed in. Throwing batteries is a not right and illegal but I do not think blunt force trauma to his head was the answer.

When the first Teaparty protests happen it was in parks just like the Occupy movement has started. Some broke sidewalk laws yet no cops was there to push the teaparty protesters from blocking sidewalks. Why is this? Because the cops, Sheriffs supported the teaparty movement.
