  • damn awesome, was wondering if those pressure points were lethal if hit hard enough, don't want to kill some one. or do they have a limit, as in no matter how hard you hit it will give slightly the same result?

have you guys ever seen IP man?

  • I love Traditional Martial Arts (Mainly Kung Fu). I must say I don't know about this(HMMM). Anyway enjoy your classical training.

P.S. These guys should work on their health and think about losing some weight. It will increase your skill by leaps and bounds.

  • it looked like he slaped him on his neck and knocked him the fuck out lmao

  • Unfortunately, this looks more like some Dillman knockout pressure point stuff then actual southern mantis. Not necessarily criticising this school, but avoid this stuff in your mantis, it's a complete waste of time & a simple money-making PR scheme. :/

  • Nice vid. Very nice word of wisdom at the end as well. Good training to you.

  • friend do kung fu to 11 years and my teacher talk that kind of energy q vo are able to control after 40 years of age if I stop eating red meat and practicing the breathing of tai chi every day because it's true that you appear to have 30-something and already dominates.

  • this one was pretty cool too =]. i just didnt really understand the last bit. the guy was pretty slow...like i was expecting some fast old guy unleashing hell..but no it didnt happen. it was alright though i mean.

  • great keep up the demo's we enjoy watching and learning your wisdom

  • some bullshit if I never seen any!

  • Check out the hair at 3:50!

  • might be effective on someone standing still, but if you need to line up every hit and change the body position of your opponent for each pressure point would it be effective in combat. Interesting videos never the less.

  • There are over 350 points on the body, some work better than others, but the main points in the head and the neck work on almost anyone. MMA fighters, boxers, and other full contact fighter hit these points. Example, everyone knows the "button" a point on the left and right corner of the chin. Physically speaking, you hit it , the neck releases and brain gets rattled around in the skull. Minor hit= dizziness, Major hit= Unconscious and more than that= concussion and other brain injuries.

  • The men who developed this stuff relied on it to protect them in REAL Combat. Kill or be killed scenarios. So...the idea of passing judgment on any classical art developed out of necessity with the narrow scope of Sport Martial arts with rules and regulations is kind of silly. Not taking anything away from top sport fighters, they are phenomenal athletes and fighters, i wouldn't jump into the ring with MMA fighters, but let them come to my turf and play by my rules. NO RULES.

  • @xcompanynicole ive seen fights where they pretty much put them into a lock and get the pressure points then.

  • Dude, I'm really willing to listen to what you've got to say. But I'd really like to see this demonstrated against a decent full contact fighter from another style, just to see if the techniques can be applied under pressure, in a live situation. If you bring out video 4 with that covered, then you're the man!

  • it doesn't work....at all

  • I agree with 'beatsarokin' no one is acually going to stand there and take it. And if you want to use "standing people" could you at least go step by step or make the video go in slow motion? Unless of course you didnt put the video online for learning about the pressure points...P.S.-You like knocking people out don't you?

  • lol...i feel bad for the bald guy. he gets ko'd in every vid. hjaha nice stuff

  • LMAO

  • dsot i could kick ur ass with this techinque

ur wushu wont do shit against southren mantis

  • This video is stupid. My wushu can overpower that ugly woman "knocking out" those people. I wish he'd try to use knowledge of pressure points on me.

  • Awesome.

  • Looks like you guys have a lot of fun! :)

  • Can we see these strikes in a realistic manner? It would be interesting to see these performed in an actual fighting sequence, rather than just having willing participants standing still. Let's face it, nobody is going to stand still and let you hit them like that.

  • people will be "debating" that question for years and years to come!

  • this video was cool as hell

  • That hurt more to watch than to feel!

  • Great vid! Do you train Hakka or Jook Lum? Peace!

  • Thank you ! We train Jook Lum.

  • @ShaolinConcepts i s prayin mantis all you do
