If one side of my head has been curled, by the time I get to the other side. It has already fallen completely straight. I hope this works for me. @hiphop484 well, velcro rollers are a bit softer and your hair just sticks in there because of the velcro, however you'll need some hairspray in order to get your hair curly. With the hot rollers, well, they heat in some sort of plates and when you put them they're very hot and therefore they work faster. It's like using a curling iron all over your head.

I wish I could curl my hair! it's very thick, straight at the top and somewhat wavy at the bottom. Got it bleached at the salon, then did the red at home. My hair is naturally really dark, so the red just didn't take on those parts. Pretty simple. I also swear by Special FX hair color, but you usually have to buy it online. Small company.
