When a man rights has been infringed on the Judge needs to levy punitive measures on the errant IIEC official who violated the candidate's rights but not to aggravate the matter by interfering with the rights of thousands on constituents who have spent resources and emotions to voting on the set date.
Two bad doesnt make it right, the constituents, the other aspirants have rights also, who will listen to them?
