  • I think you are referring to the rolling sound that spans through 3 notes.

    That is called an arpeggio. It's commonly used in old computergames on gameboy and c64 where you have 3-4 voices to do the music in. It's used instead of chords.

    And ... Yes, this song either uses the c64 or a sidstation, because you can hear the sid chips extinctive sound.
