@Glygar it is called yi quan. yi quan was developed from xing yi quan, it is like the synthesis of all internal arts. form is irrelevant once you have perfected the use of "chi" (don't read a lot into the word chi, it is just a word that has no real translation, that's why people tend to underestimate it), yi quan is trying to achieve that without the use of forms.
