Ever wondered what "to be dead" means on this show? There are so many possibilities how she could appear again.

1) She appears just in a flashback!

2) She is a Vision or a manifest of Smokey!

3) She appears to Hurley who always talks with "dead Charlie" or plays Chess with "dead Eko"!

And last but not least there is one big Mindfuck coming!

4) The island went back in time and some of the dead people can be seen again or are got back to life
