their brilliant track "Lotus Flower" check that one out,,but as U'll guess no one sounds like the CTs,

I'll checkout Gemini,by Wild Nothing does sound familiar..Have you listened to the CTs first album Garlands? its very different to any of their latter albums, quite dark and atmospheric..

whose song and great beauty cause distracted "Mariners" to crash their vessels on well hidden rocks! I too have always imagined something along the lines of a "Celtic Pagan" rite, that included garlanded Maidens in a wooded forest! Grazie "Amico Mio", it gladdens me very much to observe others, such as yourself, discover and relish, one of my boyhood mainstays!

Dear shum,

While like you, I respect that impressions from musical experiences are highly

subjective. I am however rather stunned that my impressions from "Amelia" are

so off from my fellow commentors! I've never perceived anything dark or forboding

in it. I for some reason have always heard a Celtic lulaby, even with Elizabeths'

pagan wailing in the background. The images that most come to mind are of the

three dancing nymphs in Botticellis' masterful painting,"Primavera".
