I love Sandra, she is sooo talented in so many ways. I especially love it when she just speaks Lao on Thai TV and doesn't try to speak Thai, even though we all know that she can. Sandra you make me and millions of Laos people proud and please keep up the great work by putting Laos on the Map.if your reading this " Ai huk norng lai lai"... ; )
I think that it is wonderful that she is able to perform in different languages. It just shows how talented she is. Also, if you look at international artist they perform in their native language,as well as english. So KUDOS to her and other artists who is able to share their music and keep us entertain!
2nd song on this VDO is Lao song with some English words. She always spoke Lao, and most of the time wore seene (Lao skirt), during interviews in Thailand. She sang Lao songs in Thailand. She spoke Lao, sang Lao songs and wore seene in her 1st movie.
True, but most of her opening performances on these kind of shows are not in Lao.Also I am sick of Thai ppl with their underlying prejudice acting like they can't understand Lao.Most nouns are the same and most of the adjectives and verbs are the same and if they aren't they words rhyme.
And it's a shame she only wears seene and talks in Lao in her movies otherwise alot of the Lao ppl and the Lao gov't will damn her.She is suppose to be an actress now isn't she.
It's not racist. If you knew, that is the trend in Asia. They like seeing their own people being able to perform in languages other than their own. It's basically considered talent to them.
we love you alexsandra....and keep go on!!!!!!!!!! we're by your side

exactly she is a Lao singer, why she gotta always sing songs other than Lao on Thai shows, don't you think that's kinda racist.

I believe she is one of the Lao government's favorite singers. She performed at many government's formal events.

If she doesn't want to she doesn't have to. There is a Thai actor that's actually Lao/Aussie. I like that she's staring out in Laos first.
