Actually, screaming takes a lot of talent. It's the greatest singing invention since yodeling. It's a type of inward singing that takes a lot of pressure from your diaphragm rather than just your throat.

Why don't you go ahead and try to scream without hurting your vocal cords kid since anyone can do it.
