  • Great progress

  • yeah, it isnt bench, it's decline. the bench is tilted down which makes it a whole hell of a lot easier

  • Please talk Josh into doing another video. I would like to see his progress!!!

  • Josh, awesome bod dude. You must work hard quite a bit. Keep it up just please don't juice and get sooo big. You look good right now. Just curious how old is this guy anyone know??

  • Jush is 19 years old now. He does not want to do any more work out vids. I don't know why, but I am trying to talk him into doing one more. I think it is a lost cause though. He still works out 4 or 5 times a week and does not use any enhancers at all.

  • not to be negative. but how is that 270 if there are 2 45 and 2 10s on each side. it would come up to 265. close thought. Also i was just wondering if ur taking anything for lifting?

  • Your chest is disproportionately strong to your triceps. I have the same problem, unfortunately - but it's 300 that's dogging me, not 270.

  • The first try was with 275. He didn't make it. we then put 225# on the bar and het made it. This is a long time ago and I would have to look at the video again to be sure, but after seeing it over and over while editing it I really don't want to see it again. Look at his other vids to see how he has done.

  • how is that 270? i thought bars were 45. those outer big weights don't look like 45 plates, but even if they both are it seems this would add up to 255 at most. any comments

  • mad matt i want to see the video this kid did good + im 17 6'2 175 and max out at 315 how tall and whats ur weight. i want 2 see that

  • Josh us 5'7" tall and weighs 155# right now but it varies a few pounds one way or the other.

  • i think dad could do with a bit of a workout too.

  • It's nice to see he actually has parents that support his weightlifting. You'd be shocked how many parents don't want their kids to lift weights for one reason or another. My parents are always helping me out and that's helped me be a better athlete.

  • You look pretty thin to be doing 275. Its weird how sum guys who bench 250+ look huge while others look like you dont even know they workout at all. Thats bs.

  • jajajajajajajajaja

  • what´was wrong with your foot?

  • lmao, woww ur 17 and u cant bench shit, why r u showing this on the internet, im 17 and i bench 375

  • well your profile says you are 24yo so what's with that??? If you are so good at this please post a video, I'd like to see you do that lift. Otherwise, please no rude comments.

  • haha pwned.

  • nothing is impossibly for 17 yo. --- keep urself from injuries, watch your technique. watch your shoulders, knees and lower back -- those are the most common problem areas when weight lifting. technique is super important - you can muscle through some things, but it will catch up with you later. spend some time reviewing your technique - it's the best way to go in the long run.

  • man that sucks

  • i dont think that is his first time hes a fairly big guy

  • I hope that Josh keep get stronger,Woah he can lift more then Me.

  • That's crazzy

  • woah cool lift man are we sopossed to be impressed haha

  • Josh comes pretty close to lifting 270 in this one. The notes to Video #7 say Josh finally lifted 275 lbs in bench, so he actually beat this lift.

  • Get a bench that lets you do decline benching aswell. You'd kill 275 on the decline if you went for it like on this vid

  • hahaha your not suppouse to over do it you idiot you'll end up breaking your back

  • so close the first time, nice video
