  • it is a great quick and easy recipe but for the inexperienced baker you don't see how many eggs or other ingredients

  • thx, i just made some, but instead of having the outside be nice and brown/burnt or how you made yours, i prefer my bread to be nice and moist, and exclude the walnuts, cause i made the sandwich outta them~:'D i made it into this nice fruit sandwich with apples, pears apricot, almonds, crushed pineapple, smothered in cottage cheese, or cream cheese and it tastes amazing~~

  • how much vanilla idiot?

  • Looks great except it looks like it cooked too long = black edges. Is that the way it's supposed to be? When I make zucchini bread it never comes out like that.

  • you burned it... WTF....

  • This video is much better than expert village. thankx for the contribution, Keith. Going to make it tonite, got 3 big zuccinis from the backyard. I will do some adjustment though here, will add 1/2 cup of oats . That's how I cook banana bread. there is no difference except fruit VS vegetable..LOL

  • Mix all 4 ingredients together at once then you dont have to work so hard to incorporate the oil...and I use my stand mixer

  • It looks like you burned the edges of the bread. When I made zucchini bread, the crust was crisp and the inside soft and moist. It was delicious!

  • Hey Keith, Mine doesn't look so burned!

  • Hi...i must say the recipe was great..I tried it today but instead of egg i used one stick of butter and half a cup of milk...and i must say the bread taste yummy...Being new to american foods ..it was really good to enjoy a different variety of homemade bread.. Thanks to Chef Keith...

  • he burned the zucchini bread! that pan is so old and nasty! super unsanitary! i make zucchini bread perfectly! its good to make it more healthy so add less oil and use vegetable oil! then a teaspoon or 2 of flax seed oil and then a splash of orange juice and then some raisins and craisins or dried cranberry

  • that looks fucking good

  • we made zuchinni bread today in home ec but I wasn't the cook. And so they made it and they added a whole lotta sugar. Don't know how much more, but they still made it. And it turned out harder than usual so this girl put a little bit more water so that it will be softer. When it came out, it turned out to b raw in the middle and hard in the outside. BUt I ate it, thinking it should've bn that way! yeck

  • does not sound so good..you cant just mess with amounts in baking...and too much sugar is yuk

    keith

  • how long does it stay in the oven for?

  • in my oven about 1 hour...use a toothpick and insert it after 45 minutes..if it comes out clean, it's done...

sorry I cant give you exact time...really depends on your oven and what your batter looks like, however 1 hour is usually a good time

    Keith

  • can someone tell me how long and wat degree am i suppose to bake the zucchini bread? he didn't mentioned it!

  • 350 preheated, bake for about 45-60 depending on your oven, use a toothpick ,if it comes out clean, it's done!

  • hi keith, thank you. but once i grated the zucchini do i have to squeeze out all the liquid from it? or just leave it as?

    Keith
