growing hair is not something someone can tell you how to do... It is a GENETIC marker that you have that allows this...as a child her parents took care of her hair... either she got it from her parents or she got it from past generations. someone in her family had the same gene to grow hair... If you take care of it no dying and braids n perms keep it condition and up out the way your hair will grow......the bottom line is stay out of it keep your ends trimmed quit doin all that stuff to it..

Your hair is beautiful and you are beautiful. However, it's not down to "good genes" It's down to good maintenace, less damage and zero breakage. No one (regardless of race) will experience dramatic hair growth if their hair is prone to breakage due to chemicals etc. Europeans/asians ect use less chemicals since their hair is more manageable so growth is healther. More black ppl are going natural, hense they will have longer healthier hair that will STILL appear short due to it's curl pattern!

Genes determines the texture un fortunately. Many people like the straight silky do many people use chemicals for that look which takes a LOT more maintance then usual. as you can see, the girl's hair in the video doesnt look processed(natural). Hair is so much stronger that way
