I live in Montreal and I can't get enough smoke meat.
If I ever moved away I would be forced to import it.

please stop showing this video of packaged smoked meat you might as well serve them hot dogs smoked meat comes in a brisket steamed 12 count them 12 hours then sliced super thin slices 3 inces high 0r 7 cm served on rye bread only oh yea bye the way did you add a touch of vanilla extract to your french fry oil damb some people sure dont know what their talking about. montreal cliffy.

Reminds me of when I went to London Ontario to study.I packed two suitcases of smoked meat from Schwartz and had to buy cloths when I got there!
Sadly you can't even get a loaf a bread worth a damn so my mom had to mail me some! What a world! Strange that you can drive right out of civilization in a few hours...:-)
