  • Most of those cars have good parts for restorers and some can be fully restored. Only a little bit of those cars look stuffed. I would love to go to an American junkyard one day but i live all the way in Australia. Junkyards with old cars here in Australia are really rare. I like your video.

  • love the pic's,,,but music suck's

  • if i was the owner of this place i would restore each and everyone of those cars one by one and auction them off, it would make people happy, you would make a shit ton of profit and you would have fun doing it

  • holy crap.. i hav money plz tell me where this is exactly cuz i wanna buy a shit ton

  • its places like this where i wish i lived in america :( but hopefully get out there 1day and get one and anyways where is this place in leavenworth????

  • Since rich people are so good at proving they do not know what to spend their easily earned money on, someone needs to tell one of them to go rescue all the cars from 1972 back and restore them, you know, as a entrepreneurial exercise!! Good grief... To see a GTO, T E M P E S T, and Le Mans all just sitting there twiddling their proverbial thumbs is more than this *unemployed* man can bear!!

Not to mention a lonely 1963 Oldsmobile Cutlass F85, numerous 64 Chevelle Malibu's, and 50's cars! O Me

  • Christine sound in the end :)

  • @cgrayler. I work at a Pontiac Buick store. Yeah it sucks.

  • *sigh, R.I.P. pontiac, you will be missed =(

  • what's that Ford @5.02 looks ace with the concealed headlights. Or is it an early Charger. Cool posting. Yards like this don't exist in UK

  • @octopusride thats a merc cougar if im not mistaken

  • @octopusride its a late 60's Mercury Cougar.

  • if i was there id have to get me that pontiac parisienne at 3:34 and one of those GTO's defiantly both of those brown caprice's at 5:18

  • Man, if these cars could talk about their lives............Cars don't talk you idiot.

  • The IH Metro van was a gem too-

  • The Metro convert was a hidden gem--

  • super mais diaporama trop rapide

  • I could kill people for just one of those cars

  • @TheGodParticle the car is a Oldsmobile tornado which made flairs on fenders popular.

  • @techiscool1 Thanks for the info,, just looked it up on wikipedia for a history lesson. i think if i was american that would be the car for me. Cheers

  • @TheGodParticle yeah there great looking cars in fact there is 1 in my local junkyard i always check it out when i stop there.

  • wait it this place abandonded or is it privatly owned or owned by the state? still im goin here wenever i get the chance

  • lots of the car you show you can fix up and will be nice

  • heart breaking just heart breaking

  • the 4 door bomb onn 2;39 doesnt look all that bad

  • people talk about restoring these... most probably have no floors, or have severe frame rot.... sure you could find a few candidates in there, but I'm sure many of them are just some nice looking sheet metal over a flaky iron oxide center.

  • Some absolute classics there, left to rot into worthlessness. Sad. :(

And some heaps of shit that deserve it too!

  • what is the car at 3.52?

  • this is a museum. priceless these vehicles are. great video, keep em coming .!

  • do not do this. in the video I saw quite a pontiac between 67 and 69 destined to rot. I hate you deeply because honestly I would like one because I'm in love with the car and then are real assets

  • at 4:04 wow when thay say old cars should go green I diddnt think thay ment that

  • @1:36 that 1967 buick riviera is in great restoreable shape !!.. i noticed 80% of these vehicles are buick oldsmobile pontiac and cadillac they have the same bolt pattern for the transmission called b.o.p. and share other engine parts whoever bought these cars had a good idea that buick olds pontiac is the better engine over all bigger stroke and parts are very expensive !!!

  • i think about 60 %of them can be restored and brought back on the road as old boddies with old rebuilt motors n new suspentions and rust repair and these rolling pieces of history and parts will be saved

  • Alot of those cars have potential

  • if only that junkyard was near me im looking for a car to fix up and restore =P

  • where is junkyard located?

  • NOOO! Most of these cars look salvageable! Don't let them die forever here!

  • Where is this located???

  • i honestly have dreams about places like this wen im sleeping , its sad to see places like that but great at same time if i owned them cars id get loads of them bak on the road ....... pure porn

  • i wanna cry just watchin..damn i want like 3 of dem to work on

  • i want the white econoline them are hard 2 find

  • the end of the video was the sound from christine i like that :)

  • alot of those could be salvaged

  • Where is this located?

  • Greatest generation of cars now rest in junk yards. Too many cool cars.

  • i have to go there

  • I dont think that Master of Puppets is a good song to these pictures. Fade to Black or Welcome Home (Sanitarium). And i want to say thet it is a shame that this cars ends up like this, im almost in tears when i see it. R.I.P

  • what happed to all thees cars?

  • @Ludomann the same as the junkyard today

  • That doesn't look like a junkyard, it looks more like a treasureyard.

  • donde esta esto esta chingon tu video

  • derby those

  • i love videos like this.....

  • someone needs to go to jail for this.

  • ohh all those pontiacs!

  • 70 - 80 ´s nowadays cars are crap ..

  • Sad

  • Now I know where all the old Pontiacs and Oldsmobiles went

  • si en mexico existiera algo asi wow

  • Can anyone tell me what type of car is in the picture at 0:52? I was wondering what the black one was.

  • @StreetDriftRacer it's a 1978 Oldsmobile Toronado

  • Thank you.=))))))

  • METALLICA

  • So this is where all of our classic cars go..they sit in the grass and rot away. We need a new non-Muscle Car Abuse act xD

  • What car was 1:35,3:02 and 4:40?

  • @caveman497 63-64 Buick Riviera, 66 or so Pontiac, 68 Pontiac GTO

  • cars:cool cars on junkyard: no cool

  • I will go there to rescue my 1977 Olds!!

  • i have loved junkyards ever since my grandfather took me to my first. something about them. now all we need is bigfoot to crush some them. that would be heaven i even worked at one once

  • they should open this up and let pepole buy thease cars there to old to sell parts off of and there almost to far gone but you fix alot of them right now

  • Don`t worry, I`m on my way!

  • depressing these should be fixed up not rusting away

  • at one time someones pride and joy...cared for..enjoyed...worried about.. and paid with hard earned money......people ...places..things...all go to the bone yard sooner or later...need a tissue...sniff..

  • @firefighterc931

Atleast they're not being crushed and recycled to make shitty next gen hybrids.

  • cool location - poor classics... :( - great music

    fuckin' 'Tallica rules!

  • nice cars and nice musc

  • search Coffeyville ks on google earth. zoom in and you will se the highschool track, scroll to the left about 3 blocks to the west. then scroll south till the road ends, scroll west and you will see a dirt race car track, the salvage yard is next to it. it is huge.

  • awesome video. is it one junkyard? if it is, it seems endless...

  • Loved the video and a very nice touch to the ending with a little Christine music. Thanks.....

  • Без слёз не взглянешь.

    Сколько "добра" гниет и ржавеет!

А ведь что-то ещё можно оживить.

  • con un po di pazzzienzzzaa ne verebbbberrro delllleee bellle belllllleeeee autttttoooo

  • Best picture (in my opinion) 5:52. i fuckin love 59 chevys. i gotta go to this place

  • Best!!!

  • Theres so many i want to restore there :( too bad there dumped there to rust up

  • Your sure right, nice salvage yard, WOW ! Thanks for posting them !

  • Hey derbygus, did you ever figure out which salvage yard in Leavenworth these photos were taken at? I only live about an hour away in Salina and would like to take a look and maybe get some video and or pictures for the youtube junkies. = )

  • some of the pics are from Purkeys salvage in Coffeyville,Kansas. The demo cars with A1 automotive are at purkeys, and several of the Oklahoma tagged cars as well.

  • nice vidéo, thank's

  • Surprisingly for Kanas there quite rusted out. It still is one of the best videos I've seen so far, tons of 57 Fords and Caddys, not to mention all the 59 Chevs!

  • That blue '68 Toranado don't look too bad!

  • Why not just sell al the car's ?

  • One el camino and maybe a few pontiacs, the rest was SHIT!!!

  • this is horrible but if i saw a chevelle i think i would have cried lol

  • Weren't you watching? I saw 3 64s plus some others?

  • where is this at...certainly not in the north as everything would be rusted into the mud

  • Nice cars see my video of old cars i found in the woods

  • WOW all the pontiacs and oldsmobubbles and buicks, you have made a real gm man happy

  • omg where is this place TELL ME

  • Comment removed

  • En Kansas hermano

  • I could SOOO spend a couple days at that place just makin' out a wish list....but then, why not just show up w/ a rollback and a pocket full o' cash and leave w/ my new toys

  • 4.05 a tree has grown through the car

  • if i won the lottery i would just buy a junkyard like this and ressurect as many older rigs as i could. Mostly sixties and seventies cars that would piss off the prius lovers of the world and just sell the cheap of free and sdrive them like i do mine .

  • @dunn98632

Most of these cars are too far gone in rust

  • @Manongjojo Nothing`s too far gone !!

  • @dunn98632 Amen to that!

  • not a junk yard, not anymore, someones just leting them sit they need to be sold b4 theres nothing useable

  • in mexico i found a 787 picture is crashed i'm tring to fix

  • my 61 beetle is a classic car here.

those are kind of super classics.

many of those could cost 47000$ here so if you restored them and export them to europe you would become rich.

  • nice gto those cars are good collectors items to show off i dont get why people dont restore them and let them rust if not crush them

  • 5outa5 + fav

  • That is depressing to see those great cars sitting there and rotting... think of what we could do with them if one of us got our hands on them . Im sure one of us here could totally restore it . It would be totally worth it .

  • Lots of rare american iron there great parts cars.

  • The thing to realize is that a lot of those cars are too far gone to put too much time and money into for restoration. They are valuable cars to use for parts for other restoration projects.

  • Lotta GTO's So sad to see them rotting

  • Too bad the cars will meet an unfortunate end...depressing even! Jack

  • 2:07 if yopu want a 1964 Ford Galaxey 500 tehre is your car, I've seen one, made a video of it, I made a promise if I get the Ok I'll put it up, anyhow, these cars need to be treated right!!

  • that 64 Galaxey 500 conv. is too far gone sad to say But if you have alot I mean alot of money anything is possible to restore

  • oh, I found a nice one, it was owned by a shop owner here in town, baught from the origanal owner, the origanal owner died a few years ago, & is owned by my grandfather's new wife's (my real grandmother died before I was born) son baught the car & gave the Galaxey to his father, they look nice though

  • sweet do you have pic of it ? Look at my mint condition dodge polara I have on my profile channel

  • as soon as I get the vid I made of that car ready, & yes I do have the pictures, both rear & front

  • GREAT YARD! I hope its still there! This is a living testimony to when GM ruled the automotive world with 67% of the car market. Just think, all those cars were once shinny, new and rolling down the assembly line like pampered babies....
