Yep, about 11 years now of playin by ear. did u c my other vids? Man- my favorite track on the graduation is probably this one, along with Flashing Lights, Kanye is a genius for that stuff

so how do you figure out how to play the songs, does it take you a while?

Usually, it doesn't take me any more than 15 minutes. This one only took me like 5 minutes to figure out the chords, but then like 10 mins to play them correctly. It's actually pretty easy, but you have to be familiar with the chords already
