@wncheeta considering that it's a NEW 2012 or '13 or whatever time it'll come model it's most likely going to be as reliable as other Audi models so u won't have to worry about it lol. Plus this is going to be limited edition so not many will be made there's probably going to be alot less of these than the R8 but they're also making a limited edition R8 soon called the R8 GT.

OMG, why doesn't this thing have the RS5 V8 in it ?? I mean, that is clearly a much better engine than this laggy under-powered Jetta-sourced (yes, Jetta!) piece of crap. And it has about the same weight (the TTRS inline-5 weights a whooping 183 kg, according to wikipedia), so that means virtually no weight penalty but 100 naturally aspired ponies more! Why 100 you ask ? Because the production quattro will likely only have 350 hp (same as the TTRS), because of turbo-lag/reliability issues.

Love it, love it. Had a white WR '86 quattro in the 2000 and rebuilt then sold to fund wife and kids. I need a toy like this for my 50th. Audi, make my day and produce. The design looks a classic already. Even Ford Focus ST sound great so a new quattro with 408hp will have smile. Loads of pops like before please.

@ikeaaron Well, I was born after the Sport Quattro and Group-B era but I'd take one of those over nearly every other car too! I was lucky enough to find an old five-cylinder Audi as my first car. I love it, they have a spirit you can't describe. Every time I hear the sonorous but calm growl of the 5 cylinders I think of the old Group-B monsters. I love Audi for building the 5-cylinder engine again and putting it in such an amazing car!
