You can get anything you wish from Poland. It's not advisable if you live in Germany though, they seem to be hunting pyro's there.

well i dont think that in my contry police even knows about a thing called pyro

i think not more than 4 or 3 ppl were found having a lab in there backyard

german police are board if they dont have anything else to do :\

yet i dont think i can pass perchlorates to my contry

This composition is:

63 Potassium Perchlorate

14 Parlon

13 Copper(II)Oxide

10 Red Gum

And then 5% dextrin added for rolling them.
