I sure am not crazy.. I just happen to be somebody who just cannot stand people who sing out of scale and have fans raving about performances like this which are at best mediocre. I also happen to be a person who does not believe in the "its all subjective" crap. I believe in the existence of GOOD and BAD music in an objective sense. Any trained thinking musician will tell you the same and this opinion comes after years of introspection.

First off, tell me if you think he's singing in scale and at the right frequencies. This can also be done by scientists by analyzing the spectrum.. but let me ask your opinion since you're trained. For me, the bare minimum qualification to be a singer would be the ability to sing in tune! That is not subjective (perception of the ability to sing in tune, either I'm wrong or I'm not).

Look up "misattribution". His looks arouse you, and you attribute that arousal to some kind of emotion that his music arouses in you (which is just an illusion). Before you vote this down, please go to wikipedia and read about it.. Misattribution in the context of Psychology of emotion should lead you to what I'm talking about.

The song is called Life is a Highway. its sung by both Rascal Flatts and Tom Cochrane. Jasons voice is actually better than Tom and Rascal Flatts.
