I try my hardest to make the vocaloid sound better with editing. Since most otakus can't speak even a lick of Japanese, they just make the Vocaloids sing covers, covers, and more covers. And now we have a whole part of YouTube filled with Engrish versions of American pop songs sung by Vocaloids and shaky, unimpressive renditions of Japanese songs we've heard hundreds of times before. It's truly hilarious.

Like I cant even afford and Rin/Len, and I want Rin, Len, Luka, Yuki, SeeU, KAITO, Gakupo, and Gachapoid. Plus Pocaloid is better than VOCALOID because of the bug fixes, some people might not want to waste money if they can get a better version free. But I agree it is best to get the one that costs money since Pocaloid is illegal.

@Pyppyi I am not sure, but I think that all voicebanks come together (unless they are separated in two products, like Appends). Thus, you should get both Japanese and Korean one.

The thing you are speaking about Luka, it was "extra" English dictionary; she had all the phonemes, but English Vocaloids have dictionary, a set of words they know and are able to rewrite into phonemes. Luka only had some base words and had to have the dictionary expanded.

I still recommend asking the owner...
