I love doing arm locks while doing triangles. Most people don't even think about doing submissions in combination like that.

Loving it, only just heard of you and its always good when the first video you watch is awsome. Never been shown the wizard or the brabo.

Great technique! Especially after catching someone with a brabo once or twice...
And on the plus side, I discovered last night if you try this and screw it up due to a uncoordinated left leg, you can still catch an omoplata.
