I've long considered this to be easily one of the best scenes in the movie. It perfectly drives home the Biblical message that nothing we do is hidden from God that will not eventually be revealed, and contains a lot of great symbolism, too. For instance, to further drive home Bartleby's point that Mooby has become a false idol (It is a golden calf, after all), whenever the camera goes in for a close- up of the Mooby statuette on the table (i.e. 1:11), check out what's in the background.

GM Food, Bad working conditions, illegal jobs, bottom-quality food, and a marketing that claims the opposite. Not to mention the complete monopolisation of the Food Market, which destroys one small private business after another, thereby annihilating all competition, and with it, the choice the consumer has.
