  • :07 drug deal .. :)

  • Running efficiency will always be debatable; everyone is different. Personally I run mid distance (10-15k ish) on my forefeet because it helps me slightly increase my lactate threshold and breathing efficiency/frequency. Totally a personal thing

  • Did u people know that this was after his world record and he had no idea what form he had to do. He was jogging

  • Finding Hxnncht comment

  • Here's da deal. Walking and brisk joking heal first. But running u need to stay on toes.

  • it looks like he takes something out of the other guys pocket

  • That stadium looks like a shit hole. They have any nice places in Jamaica??

  • @ohedd Yea... ur mums pussy hole

  • @Epicdancer123 Well obviously not then lol. Fuckin crime infested dump.

  • @ohedd lol

  • @Epicdancer123 hahahaha nice one

  • @TheSickOne5 lool yea

  • some long steps

  • A video gets 100.000views when Usain Bolt just jog...Thats way too much for me

  • you need lower abs and some very strong biceps

  • i can run way faster than this, look how much he is bouncing! man this dudes a joke

  • @TheRCat I hope you are joking

  • you thought he was jogging, but he thinks he isnt moving.

  • bolts victory lap is prolly a 46!!!!!!!

  • This is poetry in motion. And please stop replying to the troll-man.

  • I run just like this! trouble is im a distance runner and never touching heels leads to some killer calf burn in the 800

  • That's easy peace? men he could pwned me even at this speed xD

  • Wow this is amazing. He basically uses the pose method unintentionally. I wish I had that kind of form naturally.

  • @hxnncht The title of the vid is pretty clear and it shows exactly what it says. Next time read better and if the title doesn't suit your interest, just skip it. It'll protect you from freaking out which is bad for your health.

Lots of articles/media about running, mention a landing on the forefoot for fast running (sprint) and a rear foot landing for easy running. Natural good runners (the majority of elite runners) will not fit in that picture as they land on the BOF regardless speed.

  • @Thjeko thats actually not true. most 100m sprinters run on the middle foot

  • @Thjeko you cant tell him hes not running right because hes the fastest in the world... lol i think he knows what he's doing

  • @abtin55 Didn't criticize him, guess you misread or misunderstood the description.

  • @hxnncht He's actually jogging with perfect form.

  • @joeyyowee No hes not he has literally 8 (16 if you count the fall) inches of vertical motion every step

  • @hxnncht stupid arrogant son of the bitch

  • @11STANE11 Sorry, but what in his post implied that he's arrogant? He's stupid surely, but nothing suggests he is arrogant, lol.

  • @hxnncht you obviously don't know what this video is showing.

  • @hxnncht mas buto haha

  • @hxnncht haha ur so fucking stupid XD

  • @hxnncht HAHAHAHAHA! i bet you can't even do a lap around the block without needing a week off. the point of analyzing the way good runners both sprint, jog, and yes, maybe even walk, is so we can mimic it, avoid injury, and improve ourselves. if it weren't for this technique of analyzing and such we would still be wearing togas and reading the stars. stupid moron.

  • @heapswilliam

    Hello, fuckface.

Jogging like Bolt or like any other top athlete will not help you improve or prevent injuries. In fact, it may cause you problems.

What idiots who preach this "pose method" for jogging are oblivious to is the fact that it requires a huge amount of strength in your lower legs. Athletes have it, normal people do not.

In order to mimic someone's style, you first need to have similar abilities. This is common sense, a feature which many seem to lack.

  • @hxnncht hahaha! thats why you take the time to train! you have to be kidding me. you keep jumping up and down on your heels, i'll stick with my forefoot. i actually took the time to try a different style of running and once i was trained and able, i can actually do the kinds of races i want to. it always hurt too much before. step off.

  • @hxnncht That's what training is for. It's not going to happen over night and it's not going to be easy, but with training you could develop that strength.

  • @hxnncht Actually, landing on the ball of the foot is completely natural and most comfortable when walking barefoot (obviously the natural way of walking). If you try it for a little bit, you get a little bit more calf and gluteus strength. I am not an athlete, but I have walked this way for 10 years, and it is very comfortable to me.

  • @CraftingStars I heel strike when I walk barefoot. Even advocates of the pose method will probably tell you that heel striking is normal while walking

  • @joeyyowee It's natural, but it should not be the first part of your foot to touch the ground. Your ball should touch first, and the heel should then lower, sometimes to the ground.

  • @hxnncht Btw, I think you've become entrapped, arguing here. The vast majority of replies to you are completely idiotic. Let this argument go, it's a waste of your time, but also try out heel-ball-heel walking for a while, and I guarantee you'll like it.

  • @hxnncht you stupid piece of shit i hope you die from rabies!

  • @uizdumb

Why would you want me to end like your mother?

  • @hxnncht huh? i didn't say you were going to die a saint. i said that you were going to die a horrible death. like, dying of suffocation due to a rough tea baggin' from my large mansack. kind of like what i did to your mother last night, but she's got skills. she was able to breathe like a freestyle swimmer during it all. i don't think you are on the same level that she's on.

  • @heapswilliam Sense you make none.

  • @heapswilliam Word!

  • Comment removed

  • @hxnncht I agree with you. lol

  • @hxnncht uhhh..yeah. Runners analyze other runners' form in order to improve their own. What of it?

  • @hxnncht your soo right

  • @hxnncht The title is "EASY running" This is one of THE fastest humans in the world. Just because he runs fast doesnt mean he has to run fast ALL THE TIME.. In the video he is just easy running! Meaning running, but taking it easy! Sheesh!

  • Mo greene's 60 meter record still stands. What's up with that? 6.39 ha ha, Legs are too long I guess.

  • @mja6323

Usain does 60 meters well below 6.39 when he's running 100...but you have to do that event separately, you can't take it out of your 100 meters split.

  • @BenjaminPipic

I heard that his start really isn't phenomenal because he is so tall. Obviously the start is very important in the 60m start. In most of his races, he's behind the first 20-30 meters. His long legs are what really helps him in his stride after that. I doubt he'd run it the same time that Maurice Green did.

  • @DanPrinMan

If you put "Usain Bolt 100 meter analysis" and click the first thing that comes up, you can see his 10 meter splits in slow motion. He did the first 60 meters in Germany in 6.25 seconds.

  • @BenjaminPipic

Sweet, I'll check it out bro.

  • i think he could potentially be a great 400m runner.

  • in an interview i remember he said he doesnt do it cuz "you get something called lactic acid" lol
