I didn't get chills, but that's mainly because I'm used to listening to "Mcphee, Michele (LEA), Solanga, Streisand, Benson, Clarkson..." you get it. Still, she has the best vocals out of the Disney stars. Miley is definitely a close second though. I just find all the riffs annoying and sometimes it sounds like Demi's trying too hard.
