@annbil Gosh this is so long ago but wth. That would only be true if the fence wire is made of a 0 resistance material thereby short curcuiting the Man 'component'. However since the resistance is so low the compared to that of the Man the current going through the Man would be very low. Almost negligible. So yes no electrocution. I've been studying my curcuitry :P and I just made you waste your time. :O.
