The people around the North Sea and inland ate nothing but rye grass & fish and were very healthy. How do i determine increased immunity. 1. My allergies that i would get every year that would last several weeks NO longer happens. I Get sick less often, and now when i do get sick (which only happen twice in a year) would last a couple of days 4-5 days instead of a week and a half.

Many are having problems with ED (erectile dysfunction) as a result of not being able to produce good steroid hormones. FATS provide 9 calories per gram and Carbs 4 calories per gram. COCONUT oil and real raw BUTTER do not require bile to emulsify them, so those medium chain fatty acids give you immediate energy like carbs, but also long sustained energy. FATS regulate the way your body utilizes insulin & glucagon from hormones produced by fat tissue.

If you only ate vegetables and non-sweet fruits, then you would not consume enough calories to live life to the fullest. Those foods should only make up <10% of a vegan diet.

Dairy Cows are artificially inseminated with a male cows semen. After the mother cow gives birth to her children, they are immediately taken away from her. MANY of the mothers children are confined in cages and fed for three months, then the 3 month old baby cows are murdered, and sold as veal.

Israel ranks 8th at 80.7 and they eat lots of kosher meat. Does that mean we should all eat kosher? The U.S. Is pitiful ranking 12th.

@Lipitorforall When you read the book I suggested, you will see that many cultures in the world ate primarily meat and very little vegetables & fruit because they simply were not available. The people around the North Sea and inland ate nothing but rye grass & fish and were very healthy. The Masai tribe in Africa ate mostly milk, blood, and meat and were a great waring tribe with great strength. Many died young as a result of fighting, but many lived to be old eating that diet.

I see Vegans, Vegetarians, and I can tell you that when they start eating meat, they become healthier. He had a colonoscopy done and the doctor that did the work said that he had the cleanest colon of anyone she had ever seen. My grandfather and uncle all ate large amount of meat all their lives and little processed food. By most ppl's standards, they followed a healthy diet...but they both died of heart attacks at young ages. Grand father 65, Uncle 50. The report was that they had dangerous atherosclerosis from sat. fat.

The world health organization gives the longevity statistics each year. 2010, February showed that Macau, China had the longest life expectancy at 84.4 years old. They do not eat typical Chinese diet, but eat lots of meat. Their favorite food is PORK CHOPS! India has a 66.1 year old life expectancy and they are primarily vegetarian. Man is designed to eat meat. Humans make Hydrochloric acid in their stomachs. Plant eaters rely on probiotics & grinding & chewing the cud. GRASS FED animals are very healthy to eat. GRASS FED animals produce no human pathogens in their milk & the milk is fully emulsified fatty acids that are good for you. The problem is grain fed animals. The amazing thing is that vegetarians do NOT live as long as meat eaters. The longest living people on earth now are those that live in Macau, China. They have an average life expectancy of 84.4 years. India that is vegetarian live to be 66.1 years old. The favorite food in Macau is PORK CHOPS. What happens is when a person goes vegetarian, they reduce toxins and that is the big health push they get. Most vegetarian patients of mine end up going back to meat to get their energy back.

Fats in GRASS FED ANIMALS is the perfect ratio of saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fatty acids! 46% is saturated, around 50% is monounsaturated, and about 4% polyunsaturated. How do i determine increased immunity. 1. My allergies that i would get every year that would last several weeks NO longer happens. I Get sick less often, and now when i do get sick (which only happen twice in a year) would last a couple of days 4-5 days instead of a week and a half.
I get plenty of of vitamins and minerals from plants fruits legumes and nuts. You fail to realize that the HERBIVORES you eat for nutrients GET THOSE SAME NUTRIENTS from plants fruits etc.

Eating meat from grass fed animals will NOT give you allergies, nor will eating and drinking RAW DAIRY from grass fed animals will give you allergies. In fact, a rancher I buy my grass fed meat from has the cleanest colon a colon therapist has ever seen. She was totally blown away by how clean his colon was.

Many are having problems with ED (erectile dysfunction) as a result of not being able to produce good steroid hormones. I advocate eating good fruits and vegetables, not just meat, but limiting the carbs (that fruits and vegetables are) to 75 grams per day. I also advocate cooking vegetables below the Critical Temperature for less than 1/2 hour to prevent digestive leukocytosis.

About 50% of that meat is monounsaturated and about 4% polyunsaturated. FATS provide 9 calories per gram and Carbs 4 calories per gram. COCONUT oil and real raw BUTTER do not require bile to emulsify them, so those medium chain fatty acids give you immediate energy like carbs, but also long sustained energy. FATS regulate the way your body utilizes insulin & glucagon from hormones produced by fat tissue.

@ChilenoPiscean22 I eat meat everyday, but it is good grass fed beef that I get from a local rancher that has a degree in Agriculture & Animal husbandry. He has several hundred herd feeding on about 800 acres of grass. He is not overweight, I am not overweight and OBESITY in America is not due to eating good meat. Eating GRAIN FED animals is unhealthy and NOT GOOD. Eating too many carbs (all fruits & vegetables are carbs), high fructose corn syrup, sugars, among other things cause OBESITY

@ChilenoPiscean22 If you believe people like John Robbins are promoting good health, they are getting a little of it right, but are very misguided in many ways. Pavlov Areola was very similar to John Robbins in the way he looked at diet and health. He wrote many books, people followed him religiously until he died at 62 of a stroke! Conversely, Adelle Davis wrote many books using scientific studies as her basis. She had a following until she died of cancer at 72. good luck, i wish you well.

When i watched Earthlings. I didn't eat meat as much anymore. i now eat pizza without meat, bagles. fruits and veges, and bread with whole grain in it. After 2 weeks of doing it I stopped being sleepy, depressed, lost a few pounds, stronger and don't have mood swings either. And I NEVER liked meat either. So BE VEGETERIAN

They do not eat typical Chinese diet and eat lots of meat. GRASS FED animals. Their favorite food is PORK CHOPS. Their average life expectancy? 84.4 years. The thing that is helping you more than being vegan is you have eliminated a lot of toxic food, such as processed foods. The vegan diet is a pathway to a shorter life span and many nutritional deficiencies that will take their toll. You feel better not because of the diet, but eliminating the toxins from your diet.

@stlk12 The key is to primarily eat sweet fruits for the carbohydrates to fuel your lifestyle. Zero need to Calorie restrict when you eat a high carbohydrate (>80% of total Calories) diet. You need to maximize your Calorie intake (>3000/day). Be sure to get at least 10 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight (5 g per lb). If you only ate vegetables and non-sweet fruits, then you would not consume enough calories to live life to the fullest. Those foods should only make up <10% of a vegan diet.

Yeah, most M.D's are modern day Dr. Kevorkian's, whether they know it or not...they use to be a lot more in tune with healing/nature/vitamins&minerals(because that's all there was)...now they just want to put you on an endless prescription cycle. I remember reading that they use to put cancer patients out in the sun because it fought cancer, because of Vitamin D. Now we're afraid of everything. Eat more alkali foods/embrace the sun. funny how sun screens are generally carcinogenic and block V-D

I usually focus on the health benefits of veganism. This guy communicated the moral message so well I actually was moved by it.
He is a strong communicator. "I wasn't eating the suffering that was imbeded in the tissues and cells of these animals" I love the look on his face when he says that. If you could run this commercial around the clock on CNN or something you would have a revolution.

I can't speak for your business obviously as I have no idea who you are, but the fact remains that normally decent people will do horrible things in the horrible conditions intensive farming creates. It's an environment that fosters and encourages cruelty and callousness.

@smokasomeweed A lot of colon cancer comes from polyps. This is due to a deficiency of "FOLIC ACID" not eating meat! This deficiency happens when you don't have good probiotic bacteria. Children are getting AUTISM because of the lack of these bacteria and combined with vaccinations & other toxic things. Robbins is a big proponent of eating soy, but any educated person knows that raw soy is terrible for the body and only fermented soy should be consumed by humans.

i went vegan couple years ago, it took me 4 years to realize thats not the best diet so i started eating meat again (organic) and right now i feel better than ever.
ive gain muscle and feel stronger.
not saying all the vegetarians / vegans out there should start eating meat - just experiment and find out whats best for urself.

@nonamehereavailable Beta carotene is NOT vitamin A. Animals process beta carotene very well, but humans have to go through a lot to digest it. When you eat an animal that has been grass fed, you get lots of true vitamin A and don't turn yellow in the process.

Eating food that was picked ripe on the vine is the best way to eat. You can grow your own lettuce/herbs very easily in a window pot, even in the city, harvest with scissors and it keeps growing. Buy organic as much as possible and educate yourself on personal gardening, genetically modified food, factory farming, agrochemicals, and check out how the Cuba eats almost completely organic with movie: "Power of community: how cuba survived peak oil"

@Yashodadidi The reason for this is because CANCER DOCTORS are not about health. They have no clue about nutrition and are not educated on nutrition. Eating GRASS FED ANIMAL meat is one of the best things you can do for most forms of cancer. NOT getting chemo therapy & radiation is a good thing to do if you want to beat cancer. Only 2.1% of all cancer patients that get chemotherapy last longer than 5 years. It's abusive and destructive.

Dairy Cows in factory farms are stocked in cages which are so tight the cows are never able to turn around. They live in these cages, for YEARS. If a cow gets sick, they just pump it with anti-biotics (which you will in turn drink). And after the mentally fatigued, tortured animal is all out of milk, it is violently murdered and sold for meat.
