Yummy Jacinta....well done! I have made one simialar where you roast the vegies first and then add them to the pot....but it takes a little longer and this way is heaps quicker...

Bloody hell that looks really yummy. Cream is what I add instead of the milk but milk would be healthier :) I would like to try the lemon juice :)
