Honestly both dads are annoying to me. The unhealthy family dad is for obvious reasons, but the healthy family dad - it annoys me that he clearly puts the blame on Ruth for their marriage. While I agree with Sue's view on eating much more I believe that with kids you should allow them to pick things out of the sweets aisle. If they never get anything sweet like that they are more likely to benge and eat tons of it when they get a chance to. In my opinion you should have sweets and just have them regulated. Like a sundae with fruit and stuff after dinner a couple days a week or something fun. It is all about balance.
the sizes and shapes say it all...case closed,why would you want your kids to be fat and unhealthy...i want my kids to be able to function to their best ability and to be able to get out of awkward situations should the need arise..ie..running away from an attacker or even fighting back if no other option..this requires fitness...and your kids deserve to be fit enough to cope with lifes demands.

TO be honest, I get bored at the gym too. I liek my workouts to be more like activitiy---bellydancing, rock climbing, swimming or even a run around the park. But I would have at least tried the gym, unlike Ebony!

It was an accident, she was 17, and now she lives with consequences of that accident and has made a good life for herself, and has enough sense to produce well rounded children.
