A grain of sand lodged in my pour, looked like a wart for about a year. Until one day, it was peaking out about 1/2inch. Got alot out, never anything since then. I have a very old "pit" scar. And yes, my arm was sore for more than a day, in fact i manged to friction burn the skin around Cyril to such a degree that it scabbed and became septic (Cyril was fine though - typical!!) - massive scar was the result! Why not go to the doctor's and get that lanced? It's only going to come back larger and hopefully not infected, look it looks like it already. That gunk that you squeezed out is in a pouch, and if you don't get the pouch out, it just grows back. Take care. (or else next time, you can put a warm compress over the area first; the gunk will come out faster and better)
