  • I was fresh out of High School 1975 and became the sound engineer for this show at the Hilton Hawaiian village.

  • Can someone tell me who sung the original?

  • While in the Marine Corps, I recall a full moon evening staring-up into the heavens while on the flight deck of the USS Okinawa somewhere off Africa, listening to Keola & Kapono sing this song on my walkman cassette....Man! did I sooo miss home then.

  • I remember hearing this song when I was a kid.. brings back great memories.

  • auoika...theres always that one jam that takes your mind back to your earliest childhood days. n for me this one is it. :) "seeea breeeze....seeea breeze...take a message to the one i love, kiss her tenderly, tell her to wait for me....and say that i'll be coming soooon." hehehehehehehehe

  • Managed WVUV in Am Samoa in late 70's to mid-80's and never got tired of this and other Beamer songs when the DJs would pull them from the stack.....

  • My Mother brought this album to me from her visit to Hawaii early in the 1980s. I took to Hawaii, my daughter and her friend, Kathy, who also in her class, for a graduation present from high school in 1986. Kathy returned to Hawaii a few years later to marry. It was a trip that this music always takes me back to Heaven on Earth - "Hawaii".
