  • Finally, a diet that makes since. Look up leptin diet.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya Nice of you to delete your post. It's a little to late as I quoted it anyway so people can see what kind of psycho you really are.

    Grow up.

  • @ObamaWasBornInKeyna also, I'm still waiting for your scientific evidence countering my healthy supper.

You're all talk with no facts, it seems.

  • @LCHFinCanada Did you EVER come up with any evidence to back up your claims?

Still wondering if you'd show, scientifically, how my supper was unhealthy.

Also asking for you to prove your claim that millions of people died of high-fat diets last year.

Also, I'd like you to scientifically refute the studies I linked you to below, please and thank you.

  • @ObamaWasBornInKenya so, did you ever come up with that scientific evidence? Or do you still just have more name-calling, swearing, mud-flinging and outlandish claims?

  • @LCHFinCanada I'm guessing not. Why bother listening to a guy with a name like that, anyway? He's obviously a nutbag conspiracy theorist... LOL.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya What, specifically would you like a study on?

Say the efficiency of low-carb vs. low-fat diets? You can find 16 of them quickly visiting dr. andreas eenfeldts page.

How about Duke University studies proving LCHF diets lower triglycerides and improve serum cholesterol? Easy to find with google.

How about the UK study showing vegans have lower cancer rates (than SAD) but HIGHER risk of colorectal cancer?

    The list goes on.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya soy also funds deforestation.

The ONLY argument for veganism that cannot be debunked with science is the ethical one. and that's a personal belief. You're entitled to that belief. I'll never say you aren't.

The truth is that veganism can be healthy if it's properly done and supplemented. The other truth is vegans get more colo-rectal cancer than those eating a healthy diet that includes meat.

Oh, and I'm hardly fat, but you can believe whatever you want.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya I have researched it, quite extensively. I've read and analyzed literally hundreds of articles on the subject. I've read and listened to the experts on both sides. I've done the research and found out the truth.

If you prefer to live in ignorance, that's up to you.

Obviously you like to be ignorant as you've presented no science yet. Then again, you likely don't even know how to research. Please, prove me wrong. Or GTFO troll.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya blah blah blah. Did you find any scientific evidence yet to back up your bizarre claims?

  • @ObamaWasBornInKenya oh, one more thing. Thank you so much for my channel comment where you claim "I think eating McDonalds Food Every Day will make me fit".

Because THAT's what I said, roflmao. You sir, are obviously one of the the most ridiculous trolls on here. Lying, misinforming people and making grandiose claims with no evidence.

You're doing SO much good for vegans with that attitude. Good job.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya and how is that different than what I claimed when I said many obese people eat more than the calories they require?

Do you even read what others write, or are you to busy yelling, troll?

Seriously, you're embarrassing yourself. I will only respond to you if you actually try to provide scientific evidence - clinical trials, preferably RCT's, backing up your unproven claims. Until then, please chill. You seem really angry. (Could it be your diet?)

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya I do eat organic, grass-fed beef once to twice a week. I usually eat 8 to 10oz with about 6 cups of organic salad - various greens, peppers, cucumber, carrot, and other veggies topped with an organic dressing. Please tell me, using scientific evidence, how this meal is unhealthy.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya here's the deal, troll-boy:

    1. You have never provided evidence of your claims.

    2. You have no science backing you up

    3. You use incredibly flawed logic for your argument

    4. You post in all caps when you're flustered due to truth.

You obviously have nothing but vegan propaganda to contribute to this and you're not even very good at it.

Perhaps you should give up and crawl back from wherever you came from. Or provide scientific evidence to back up your outlandish claims.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya Most obesity in the US is the result of several things:

    1) calories above and beyond their energy requirement

    2) refined/processed carbs (white flour, etc.) and especially sugars such as HFCS, etc.

You'll notice both people that go on a vegan diet and people who go on a low-carb diet ELIMINATE processed/refined foods, and BOTH lose weight.

What's the common denominator eliminated from both those diets? Refined/processed foods.

    Do you actually dispute that?

  • Oh, I'm waiting for your evidence that millions of people died as a result of a high-fat diet.

Please provide your scientific research showing so. Oh wait... you don't have any? And I should just take your word?

Please, show me your *scientific evidence* of that.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya so because we're smarter than animals, and can both RAISE THEM AS LIVESTOCK and hunt when we need, we're frugivores?

Again with the brilliant logic. You sir, are full of fail. :) Go back under your bridge, troll.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya really? According to vegans only...

I eat low-carb high fat and have great energy. So do thousands of others. Low-Carb/High-Fat is proven to improve glycemic control. It's proven to improve all markers of cardiovascular health (lipids, triglycerides).

Show me ONE clinical trial where low-fat vegan studies are conclusively better for overall health than a healthy diet that includes meat?

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya You think humans are "frugivores" regardless of all the science? Not having fangs doesn't mean we're not carnivores. We need not protect ourselves. Hippos have huge 'fang' teeth and they're complete herbivores. We're omnivores. Every zoologist in the world will explain it to you if you require. Stop listening to people without science backing them up, you're laughable.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya Why are you waiting to hear the name of a low-carb athlete?

I've already mentioned, and it makes perfect sense, that for PEAK performance in athletics you need to eat higher carbohydrate for glycogen stores/replenishment.

But the vast majority of people on youtube aren't competitive athletes, are they? So what's your point? Just because someone isn't a competitive athlete doesn't mean they're unhealthy... You need to take (and pass) a logic class.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya and, what does your comment have to do with this video?

BTW, I love your criticism of Denise Minger considering T. Colin Campbell actually was quite impressed with her intelligence and abilities. Once again it shows how little you really know. You just listen to others and repeat their nonsense.

Time to grow up, get out of your mom's basement and learn something for yourself, Mr.Crazy.

    No offense. :-)

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya also of note... most people on youtube AREN'T elite endurance athletes, are they? Most are overweight and looking for help.

Your telling them to eat like an endurance athlete will perpetuate their obesity.

Once again, you have nothing to back up your wild claims and propaganda. You can't logically refute an argument. Read any of the china study critiques out there (if you can.. I'm not sure you're intelligent enough) and get yourself deprogrammed.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya also, it's true that elite athletes will eat higher carb - for performance reasons.

However to assume all people need higher carb because a 2:15 marathoner eats that way is ludicrous. But then again, all your arguments are.

BTW did you ever come up with science, or just more things you're regurgitating from durianriders rants?

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya I don't run - that's not my thing. I cycle. My best long trip this year was a sub 3.5hr 100km metric century in the Rocky Mountains - tough climbing, but was fun. I also did a 4hr 7minute Calgary to Elbow Falls return trip, which is pretty damned impressive for a 46 year old man with a spinal injury who's been cycling one year. (A year ago I was 320lbs).

Your argument about denise minger shows your ignorance and bias.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya BTW, neither the China Study nor Doug Graham can contradict that low-carb is vastly superior to low-fat for weight loss.

They also don't counter the argument that dietary fat DOESN'T cause heart disease.

The China Study has been debunked by MANY researches, NOT just Denise Minger (who - while young and not in the health sciences industry is DAMNED smart and showed the bias and con-artistry in Campbell's literature.)

    Campbell couldn't even refute her.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya And I'm quite well-educated, thanks all the same for making assumptions based on your own ignorance. My background IS in health sciences. I worked in the health industry for years and have participated in research studies. I know how to read them and I know how to filter out the crap.

You only know how to listen to vegan preachers that teach to the ignorant, it would appear.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya dude, where's your information that shows "millions of people" die every year from a high fat diet? You have NONE.

And yes, there are low-carb athletes. There are no low-carb ENDURANCE athletes. If you think only marathoners and 100 mile bike riders are athletes, you have a lot to learn.

Stop listening to durianriders and learn something for yourself.

China study has been debunked multiple times.

  • @LCHFinCanada Actually, I'll even correct myself. There are low-carb ENDURANCE athletes because I'm one. I eat most days 60-90g of carbohydrate and perform extremely well in 100km+ bike rides. More than adequate for what I want to do.

Only the most-elite of competitive athletes require the high carbohydrate, and even many of them are balancing it better than ever with protein, carbs and fat. Including meats.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya also, as far as which one of us is pretty F***ing stupid... I read DOZENS of studies proving Low-carb/high-fat diets were superior for weight loss to low-fat/high-carb diets.

In fact, EVERY study done on low-carb vs. low-fat supports this.

Can you show me ONE study showing otherwise?

Also, the TENS OF THOUSANDS of people losing weight quickly on low-carb would dispute you. You're simply wrong.

Regardless of how profane you are, you're still wrong.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya Ignorant? I used to eat a vegan diet, recommended by Neal Barnard. I used to eat up to 70% of my calories from carbs. I stayed fat.

I switched to LCHF because his "diabetes diet" turns out to NOT be a diabetes diet. I lost nearly 100lbs eating 3500-5000 calories a day of 65-70% fat.

So please don't assume I'm uneducated or unwilling to try something.

and yeah, I'm quite fit too now. I can do a sub-3.5hr 100km mountainous bike ride WHILE LOW CARB.

  • For some people, a low-fat diet seems to work - but if you examine those people (like the traditional Okinawans, for example) you'll see they're also on calorie-restricted diets, and eating VERY low-glycemic carbohydrates for their staples with absolutely NO processed/refined carbohydrate.

That seems to be the ONLY time low-fat is proven healthy. Calorie-restricted/low-glycemic/low-fat diet eliminating all processed foods.

However it also shows lower testosterone levels.

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya I hate to tell you this, but MOST morbidly obese people are on high-carb diets, and have reduced their fat intake.

The issue is the refined/processed carbs/sugars and other processed foods - NOT fat.

If you had any science to conclusively back up your claim, go for it and present it. But you don't.

Why, when these morbidly obese folk go on LOW-CARB/HIGH-FAT diets do they lose weight faster than other diets, AND improve all markers of cardio health?

  • @ObamaWasBornInKenya DUDE your name disqualifies you from rational conversation.

  • ps eating a normal fat low carb diet now and feel and function great

  • i've been on low fat low calorie and low carb diet at the same time i have experienced every symptom mentioned

  • "I'd be like you on a low fat diet? they say yeah, I say you on a low calorie diet? they say yeah, I say WELL EAT SOME FOOD!!" This cracked me up. Nice work :-)

  • Just found you and love what you are saying....thank you!!!

  • Consume more fat to be warmer?

    Nonsense.

Humans are in the great ape superfamily. The ecological niche was tropical Africa. Humans require little fat and are healthier with low fat but if you want to live in a colder climate and consume high fat while sick, go right ahead. Being cold in air conditioned places does not have anything to do with optimal diets which are low in fat.

  • I disagree with you 50%. I'm doing both Paleo & alternate day and it has worked great for me; however, I do not eat plenty of fat.

  • i'm doing low fat raw vegan (80/10/10) and stuck to it since this year. i also lost 25 pounds and running a lot faster and longer!

  • Hello! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker lost tons of weight with it
