Christmas was pagan winter solstice. Nothing to do with Jesus - who was a jewish guy who was killed for being the king of the jews. Jesus, as the idea of monotheism was something that romans could use. They wanted monotheism because they had to make too many stops at the many temples of their gods and monotheism could provide one stop shopping.

Well from all I remember there isn't anything that expressly and outright forbids "drug use". There are some vague/general verses that could be applied to drug use, but their application in that situation can be argued. The bible is a little more specific when it comes to alcohol, but does not forbid it's consumption.

I would really like to drive all religous beliefs out of govt. and public places. The right to a sign/display is fine, but the reason those atheists failed is because they decided to take a dump on peoples' religion rather than focus on something positive. I don't sit around and have conversations with God, nor do assume a God entity has any talking to do. I am cautious about prescribing any qualities to God and I would never assert that I know God exists with 100% certainty. I am somewhat of an agnostic in that way. At the end of the day, I ultimately do not know. I tend to believe there is a decent chance that something created the universe and I realize that from that speculation all we can do is further speculate.

JezuzFreek777 seems like a pretty good guy to me. He's friends with atheists and never insults anyone just to insult them. He's just convicted and isn't afraid to say what he really believes. And if you take the Bible literally then it's hard not to come away with an interpretation that's close to his. He's not a hateful guy, but he doesn't try to sugarcoat his beliefs. And while I don't always agree with his conclusions, I have to respect that about him.
