  • Made me laugh at 3.20 when the E type driver with the big ego went off into the weeds.

Clearly he wasn't about to let a Healey get past his superior Jag

  • The Jags were either 3.8 or 4.2 litre or even 5.3 if it was an XJ 12 so the Healey put up a very creditable performance while giving away displacement advantage to the Jags. The Healey was the best value for money sports car in the 60s & in my opinon were a better looking car though the the Jag was an attractive car too.. I recall one of the factory Healeys with its windscreen folded down set a speed record of 192 miles (yes miles) per hour back then.

  • @bobcooper31 i agree that the Healey looks good from any angle but that does not apply to an E type or XK

  • what engine is in the big healey?

  • 3 litre inline six.

  • wow thats allot of revs at 3:40

  • Phil, another stonker mate !

  • great clip, you cant improve the sound? should be better!!!!!!

  • I remember those! Outbraking the red E and the XJS stepping out ;) Boss tactics: storming and carefully aiming - easy through bend - storming and thundering! Top class vid.
