sell outs. they used to be awesome hardcore punk, the all hallows ep was the first album i ever bought. It was so awesome. now they sold out so they could get money, pisses me off when a band that good turns into this shit

@Metaldudehere Have you actually listened to decemberunderground or Crash Love? They both still have the hardcore punk feel to them just not as much. And you call them sell outs? The proper term would be progression. A band can't stick with one sound all the time. After a while it gets boring and no one wants to listen to them. You have to progress as a band and sometimes that means changing your style. I love every one of their albums and I love the way they have progressed over the years.

@Metaldudehere They didn't sell out for money after because Davey Havok did fry screams he damaged his voice by screaming he could have made another album like sing the sorrow but that would probably have damaged his throut more meaning he couldn't do songs like death of seasons live. Also if you watch interviews the changed because thats the music they all like they are older now and view music differently they wanted something new

@Metaldudehere and it pisses me off when people accuse bands of selling out whenever they change their sound. ALL good bands change their sound over time. additionally, it's harder to write pissed-off punk lyrics when you get older and grow out of your "eff the authority/grown ups/whatever" phase of your teens/twenties. also, as has already been stated, davey completely lost his voice mid-song during a show. he physically CAN'T do all the screaming anymore.

Great sound. Compare this sound quality to any of their metal fest type performances and its a big difference. Not every band can afford $30,000 amps and speakers that bands such as "Journey" use to play live concerts, so its pretty unfortunate when people check out any live concert online and get turned off. Check out their concerts or appearances at a show with more $ behind it (such as an MTV production )to see what they can really do, and then judge them. Well done here.
