Just wondering, how would we tell if the center is rotated during memo? I average 3 minutes pure old pochmann..I use roman rooms with lettering, so I assume that if I'm on an odd letter and I encounter UF or DB in my next letter, I know to use the alg that has the centers rotated by M2? Seems like a pain unless I'm missing something obvious.
Question after watching. I've watched an M2 tutorial by Eric Limeback and he showed algs for shooting to FU and BD. They do seem kind of ugly but should I just learn those? Or is it simple enough to do it your way instead.
Just to make sure I know how to do this right then when shooting to FU do U2 M' U2 M' as if it were UF, and then when you move onto your next piece in the cycle you shoot to the opposite sticker of that edge. Then at the end of that cycle or whenever you just do that commutator to flip it and the buffer piece. Basically my question is when do I flip it.
Never mind but how do you do your Ms and M primes? You do them so fast.
Thanks!

im confused with the L slice and the R slice

I understand all algorythms but I can't push myself towards practicing memorisation.
sometimes I hate myself

Memo can actually be a lot of fun.

@d4m4s74 just make a nice story of were pieces belong and you should ´be fine

Yeah, I've watched Eric's videos. You can learn his algs, but I think they're slow and unnecessary. This way is faster in my opinion.

@bldmaster Why would I need to use B and B'. I don't quite get it. The cases seem the same. Help anyone?

learn the algs, there not long or hard at all, and it makes memo a whole lot easier

I flip edges and twist corners at the very end, after I've done all edges and all corners.

learn the algorithms for FU and BD and BU, not hard at all, search Eric limebacks videos for those algorithms
