  • alot more people go to green swamp in the hnting season and yes the bugs are still horrible... especially this year... alotta standing water

  • wow that patch of carnivirous pitcher plants was awesome i live in australia and trying to grow them , would love to see them growing in wild.

  • Wow - This brings back memories. When I lived in Winter Haven, a friend of mine turned me on to "Offroading". We went to Green Swamp every weekend in his LandRover. He saw boars, rabbits, hundreds of HUGE spiders, etc. I can't imagine going there on a bike!!!! Those spiders will forever be in my mind. We once ran into a few boar hunters, and thought they were going to 'do us in' in the middle of Green Swamp. Scary!!!!

  • I live in the heart of the Green Swamp on 6-acres on RT 33 in Polk City. The Green Swamp has 40% of Florida's wildlife and is the state's most under-rated tourist attraction.

  • @DickAllen4HOF good the human race f's everything up.

  • Do you have OFF! I can hear the bugs! Thanks for turning me on to your videos..You are right, not to many people go out there and that is why I want to do an overnight expo in this area in the Winter!!! The bugs are just to bad right now!

  • Oh yeah, I bring plenty of OFF! The bugs are absolutely ruthless whenever you venture off the main trail.
