the MW2 patch is only gonna work for people who had the problem after playing MW2. sony has been working on the network lately and that has caused some problems. even if you have the MW2 patch, this can still happen.

i dont think its because of mw2 that the trophy's arnt syncing ..i had been getting this error about a month before mw2 came out

download the new mw2 1.04 patch.If that doesnt work then try to sync during off peak times(very early in the morning like 6:00Am).
