Back then there werent nearly as many cameras and snitches as nowadays. If you put a camera everywhere it will tape some shit. Hi there, I'm a Danish and Norwegian ain't that much different from Danish, so I can tell you that the subtitles show Trefilov threatning to hit one of the players, calling the entire team a bunch of pussies, telling the referee to f... his own mother, and making some kind of highly sexist comment about the player's as well. He is very abusive, in my opinion...I would quit that team if I had to listen to that crap.
I don't think it's easy to just quit the national team in these girls' case. When the occasional Norwegian handball player has asked to take a break from representing the nation (usually for personal reasons), some people tend to give them a lot of flak about it. It might not go over too well if a Russian national player were to say she wanted to quit the team due to Trefilov's disgusting coaching style. I hope the EHF will stop protecting his sorry ass, and instruct him to behave or be gone...
Trefilov can be angry, but he is best coach of the world.
