  • Itie is a derisive term for an Italian; similar to calling a Japanese person a Jap. Good call on the name change. Bad call on down playing the pocket thing here. Without the pouch, you're invention has been around forever. A tie tack.

  • Sure, but does it come in a bow tie model?!

  • iTie huh? I'm surprised Steve Jobs didn't endorse this.

  • why the fuck would you want to store things in a tie?

  • @kaslou1994 - YOU DON"T HAVE TO PUT ANYTHING IN THE POCKET and anchor ties still do more than any other tie by staying in place. Thanks for your smart ass comment.

  • @kaslou1994

I couldn't have said it better myself. No disrespect to the poster intended.

  • Now THAT'S one hell of a classy tie..

  • I love wearing ties even though I am a girl. I would want an iTie.

  • @lilbeatlesfangirl4 - Thanks for the comment, The iTie is now Anchor Neckwear - visit anchorties . com

  • Well, one big flaw I saw in this commercial was no actual reference to having it be attachable to a button on your shirt. You maybe see 1-2 seconds of someone ABOUT to button the tie, but I had to go back and wonder "wait, it never flies off? how?".

    Neat product though.

  • @abarna01 - It is kind of hard to show how the iTie attaches to the shirt, seeming how you can't see through a tie. It's a pretty simple concept that works, you can clearly see the elastic strips with button holes in them and your shirt has buttons. Put two and two together and you have a tie that stays in place.

  • @SALEINTAMPA Yeah I get how it works and all. Would have been easy to just say "the iTie has a strap behind it that goes with your shirt's buttons" and then just hold the strap next to the buttons.

There's something similar to that in the video where you see the white strap but I didn't catch on to that the first time I watched this.

  • @abarna01 Thank you for checking out the video and commenting. Check out the new website, Anchor Ties . com

  • Hi Joe sale how are you?

  • Doing great! Working on the next generation of iTies. They are going to be ready in April! Stay tuned as I will be posting more videos shortly.

  • *_* GREAT IDEA

  • Then if i put too many thing in there, wouldn't i be a hunchback?

  • The elastic strips to a good job of supporting something heavier than an ipod, short of a small bar of gold, don't know what else you can put in there. Don't put anything in the pocket and the iTie stays in perfect position!

  • What's that at 0:21 then?

  • for the Ipod

  • Nice invention!

    RIP Billy Mayes

  • saw that shit on pitchmen same guy too

  • aha thats actually sick!

  • Hey Topaz, a credit card is just one of many items that will fit in The iTie pocket. Put nothing in the pocket at all and The iTie stays in perfect position. Watch for The iTie on Tuesday night's Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien.

  • Oh that's super cool!!! Congrats on getting Billy and Sully to help you! :)

  • Hi Joe, I'm glad to find you on here. Congratulations on following your dreams! It's great to see other fellow entrepreneurs doing well. Also, it was very nice of Billy and Sully to do the video for you. By the way, are you going to be featured on the Pitchmen?

Also would you be interested in a barter? My invention ( You Tube search "Winners Bank") for one of your iTie.

Basically my invention will revolutionize the way people gamble in the casinos.

  • Joe, Great job and congratulations. I wish you continued success. The Guys at Noitworld. Join us as friends on youtube and Facebook. Also follow us on twitter @Noitworld.

  • Hey Dizneykid, thanks for the comment. Both Billy and Sully are both very influential figures in the infomercial biz. Anyone smart enough to see the benefits of wearing an iTie would buy one. They were both nice enough to take time out of their schedule to help me make a short video about my invention. Thanks again for your comment and I hope you see the real point behind the video.

  • Anthony Sullivan kills this ad, should be all Billy Mays, then I'd think about buying it.
