I don't see why the boy should be any more humiliated or embarrassed just because the the opponent that beat him was female. She's clearly there to compete on even terms - so why should he be embarrassed??? When are people going to wake up to the fact that girls are often stronger than guys and often make better fighters? Is it realistic to expect boys to always win?

The first one pinned me in only 20 seconds and the other nearly won by technical fall before pinning me in the second period. Both girls were gracious in victory and, in fact, I took the first one up into the stands to meet my parents at the end of the night, so they could shake hands with and congratulate her.

When a girl beats a guy, the only way people can deal with it is to suggest there is something wrong with the guy and they always seem to want to call his manhood into question (even if he's a young boy). This is incredibly unfair and disrespectful to both the victorious girl and the losing guy and can cause major psychological damage to the latter. Sounds like you dealt with it the right way - good for you....

I hope for her psychological well being that she beats as many boys as she can cuz their right around the age where boys pass girls in the fast lane of maturity & leave them behind(inferior) for ever. She only wins to wrestlers without any experience, with the best wrestlers she doesn´t win. Here her father´s only upload the videos she won, but the other´s that she lose are destroyed.
Anyone who doubts that she's into humiliating boys should watch the 7:33 long video of hers -Stephanie pinning guys at wrestling mix. At one point she smacks one of her opponents on the ass, just before the pin. What would happen if he samked her on the ass? Would the match be forfeited? Would he be forced into weeks of sensitivity training? Would he be suspended from school? It's discusting what girls can get away with these days.
Why did the ref wait so long to count him out? She had folded him in half and had him pinned with his butt sticking up in the air for at least 10 seconeds. Total humiliation. Was the ref laughing at the guy? Also it looked like the guy stormed off the mat all red faced at the end. Rough match for him.
@shyguy0503 I would have thought that the more you have on, the greater the friction, so you would be unable to escape as well as if you're wearing less.
@uayfb1 Well if you were wearing something made of rubber or something else that's not so smooth. But aren't wrestling outfits have nylon in them, very low friction. Also I wouldn't think that having bare skin touching the mat would be very comfortable seeing as your sweat would cause you to stick to it.
Probably good to remember, wrestling these prepubescent boys is one thing, but if she tries it against adult male athletes when she gets a little older she will discover why males hold ALL the major wrestling no.1 spots. So don't get cocky girls.

It's a general rule in all sport, though, that whilst the object must always be to beat one's opponent, it's unacceptable to set out to humiliate him. It wasn't this clip to which I was referring but one entitled "Steph pins this poor guy". Watch that and you'll see she doesn't pursue earlier pinning opportunities and that from the moment she succeeds in dragging her victim back onto the mat, she has no other thought but to work him into position for the spladle. This girl ain't right!
All we see is the match. It may be that Steph has to suffer a bit of male chauvinism and adding a little humiliation is her way of teaching them some respect! Go Steph!
In our state girls have to pass a special test to able to wrestle against boys. Maybe the boys should have to take a special psychlogical test to determine if they will be harmed by getting crushed by a girl in such humiliating fashion...
