The names aren't recycled, they're incorrect. The albums were misprinted, and the "corrected" list on Wikipedia is also wrong, which is why the same song might have 3 different names. For example, this song's title is actually "Passion Flower".

For example he has an album of just instrumentals by MF DOOM, and the same instrumentals are used on his King Gheedorah alias, but the tracks have different names.
