Balrog is weak against projectiles, at least in Super SFII. Try using him against the CPU's Chun Li, esp. when she goes into Ryu's fireball turtle mode. ;P UGH.

He needs something like Zangief's Banishing punch from SSFIIT, or maybe even a reflector like Ryuji Yamazaki.

DO NOT nerf Balrog. Period. He could use a little help.

Uhhhh maybe you should use the Buffalo Headbutt? It has invulnerability frames to go through fireballs, he's not as weak to projectiles as you may think. Granted he has a difficult matchup against Sagat due to Sagat's better projectile traps, then again he wouldn't be the only one.

well, in ssf2..he had the headbutt move that went through projectiles. before that, he had the turn around punch that went through projectiles, which wasn't easy to time..though once you do it a few times, he became like second nature. i'm talking about the punch where you hold 3 punch or 3 kick buttons for a second(depending on how long you hold it..a voice would yell out "1", "2", "3"..which pretty much told you how long you've been holding the 3 punches/kicks for.)

m bison in america is the dictator(captain guy with red clothing) in japan he's known as balrog. the reason they changed the names of the bosses other than sagat is bc m. bison(who we know as balrog in usa) resembles m. tyson(the actual boxer) too closely. so to avoid any legal action against capcom, they decided to switch up the names. don't ask me why mike tyson still hasn't noticed that capcom(since sf1) has pretty much jacked the man's entire look, but luckily the real tyson doesn't play sf.

to answer the questions. only sagat and balrog. No Vega or Bison (Dictator). they are not controllable. It was very crowded that day (its Akihabara after all, the land of many kinds of Otakus). Zangief is now very popular and strong. These bosses are not controllable yet.
