i see this like this: well if somebody steals a scientists work, sais it's his own and gets the credit for that i agree it's stealing and thats a crime. but using a well famous song from a band with rather enough money, not taking any credits for it and not making money with it is not really a "crime" worth reporting. you're not going to get a medal for reporting this vid.

Thanks for recognizing that, I regret what I say to you as well. I do agree with you but it's not realistic. Copyright laws are written thinking in masses not for few cases. Try to see it in the larger picture..ie what about if millions of people randomly around the world start using a song for their own public "non paid" projects, it would be a financial chaos for the artist & the record company.
